I usually just overline just the Cupid bow area, and maybe a little bit underneath the center of the bottom lip everything else I stay true to following the natural lip line and then of course, an old 90s trick would like to dab a little bit of concealer on the center pout! Before MAC’s Myth us 90’s & Y2K babes used concealer or foundation 😂 I was that quintessential 90’s MAC spice & myth chic!

I love using concealer pencils - The Saem has some amazing options - for this trick (the precision of a pencil is brilliant, and works like a dream for sharpening lip lines).

It’s funny that I use this technique because I feel that I’m sloppy with my makeup application and I try to hide my imprecise application. It turns out, I’ve been using a makeup artist technique to make my makeup look better. LOL!!!!!

I cant imagine going out without powdering my undereye. It looks gorgeous but I am concerned that all that makeup will gather in the lines. I have many many lines around and under my eyes. Would the makeup hold without powder?

Like Emma, I usually wear the lightest shade of a foundation, the names of which often aren’t very flattering. Seeing Emma wear a shade 7 in your range, I think I will try something around that number. Thank your time and generosity of knowledge

Absolutely beautiful makeup and your model is stunning! If I age like her I will be immensely happy! 💕 I watched this as inspiration for my makeup for midsummer celebrations here in Sweden today. I’m sleep deprived with a toddler who likes to push his face against mine to cuddle, so heavy makeup is definitely off the table 😂 I’m also heavily pregnant, so I don’t feel like spending ages on my makeup, but it’s nice to look really put together and feel extra pretty once in a while 🥰

I use a small kabuki brush to buff between my layers and it has always given me a lovely soft finish. I didn’t know that what I was doing was blending the makeup off, but it works and I am going to do the same with my eye makeup thanks for the tip!
